EB-5 Program

Sweet 100 provides foreign investors opportunities to obtain green cards through the US Immigration department’s EB-5 Visa Program. All of Sweet 100’s EB-5 investment opportunities are provided through direct investments in newly formed, joint venture entities, whose sole purpose is to own and operate restaurant businesses under management by Sweet 100 or its subsidiaries.

In developing an EB-5 Investment program, Sweet 100’s principals had two main objectives. The first was to ensure investors that they had the best possible chance of obtaining a permanent visa. While there are no guarantees through the process, all investments have been reviewed and pre-qualified by an EB-5 Immigration Attorney. The second objective of the program was to provide certainty to investors that they would see return of principal upon issuance of their visa or if by chance the visa application is rejected. Sweet 100’s security and commitment is made by placing its own assets and capital at risk alongside of our investment partners.

Additionally, Sweet 100 provides added security to investors with a focus on only investing in proven restaurant concepts and franchise systems. By investing in proven models, investors and their advisors have the benefit of viewing financials, disclosure documents, employment history, and any other materials they would deem necessary in validating the ability of the investment to meet all the EB-5 qualifications. Sweet 100 is committed to being fully transparent from the beginning through to the very end of the process.

About EB-5 Program

The EB-5 visa program was created in 1990 through the passage of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sets aside 10,000 visas each year for eligible foreign nationals who invest in a new commercial enterprise that will create at least 10 full-time jobs and invest a minimum of $1,000,000 or $500,000 for projects located in a designated Targeted Employment Area (TEA).
